Here are a few tips to get your started in avoiding a foreclosure in Palm Beach County:

1. If at all possible, it is important that you stay current with your association dues. This is a common mistake that sellers make and it causes real issues.

2. When you are starting the short sale process, remember that it takes cooperation on all parties. It is not uncommon for the 3^rd party to ask for updated information and need it quickly. A delay on a seller’s part could very well lead to a denial and a closed file. Crazy I know however it is so true.

6. Hire a real estate team that has the expertise and connections to get you the results that you desire. This is a very important key to getting to the closing table.
