SHOUT IT OUT SUZE, SHOUT IT OUT!!!

This morning on the Today Show, (bet you think that's all I do is watch the Today Show), Suze Orman who, well, can you say the word CONSERVATIVE said "now might be the time to buy real estate". Go Suze, go! Isn't it SILLY that the public, including us, spends so much time letting the news and commentaries tell us how terrible the market is. BUT--- if people like Suze will start to tell the public about all the opportunities that await them in the real estate market, we should have a GREAT year. I for one am going to quote Miss Suze to everyone I know. In fact, if I can get away with it I am going to SHOUT IT OUT all over town. I am going to invite Suze to come join the SHOUT IT OUT campaign and be our spokesperson. SHOUT IT OUT , SUZE, SHOUT IT OUT!!!

I must appologize, Spring Break started today and the madness has me by the tail! WOOHOO!

Good da mate!

A baby Llama taken in the Four Corners area of Farmington, NM. Cutest little guy and if I had to name him, it would be Dr. McDreamy with those eyes and lashes. Some of the best pictures are the ones along the rode of life that are unexpected. Love it.

A SUNSET from New Mexico for YOU!!!

Another wonderful sunset! They come in hundreds in our neck of the woods! The morning sunrises and the sunsets make you feel the magic of the universe. I have lived in some of the places in the United States that boast of their mornings and evenings and just smile as I always come home to wonders of New Mexico skies. And you must remember--even aliens came to Roswell to view them! LOL

Love Activerain!!

After working all day, I can't wait (or as my Daddy used to correct me) I can't hardly wait to get on Activerain. I am blown away by the collective years of knowledge and inspiration on this site. Maybe some day I will have some super advice to share but until then, I most likely will have to share an antidote or two.

As I shared in my first blog, I also teach history. This morning before school a student was hit crossing the street in front of the school where I teach. NO TEARS, HE IS FINE, after an exciting ride to the hospital in the ambulance, he was back at school before lunch. Applause and high fives all around!

It is Thursday, my day for crosswalk duty AFTER school (not my shift this morning). As I do my crosswalk stroll to get students across the street, they point out there is a man taking pictures. Walking graceful was not an option past that point and he came close and snap, snap, snap even getting in for closeups. Newspaper photographer extraordinare! He asked my name and position and I replied history teacher AND REALTOR. I could hear myself stressing that one. Any publicity, I"m-a-thinkin, may help a newbie! Conversation remains on Real Estate in our area, so don't know for sure how that story with pictures will turn out tomorrow. But I will let you know!
