The Shoreline Homes Group is a hip tech savvy real estate team which exists to support both buyers and sellers in the 2nd home market. Our office is located in the heart of Watch Hill, RI and our team works in the coastal communities along the eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island shoreline as well as the ski resort towns of the Green Mountains of Vermont. Our emphasis is on a stress free and fun transaction because a 2nd home purchase should be a relaxing and enjoyable event. Our team has a big goal in 2012 of closing $25m in sales. We are results oriented and always available to answer your questions. Our team members constantly seek out the newest and most innovative applications available to improve our service. We implement cutting edge technology which we make available to our clients. Our philosophy is work smart by striving to minimize the effort and stress of both the client and team member in order to attract a smooth transaction and a fresh, comfortable environment to do business.

Just a little bit about me...

While splitting my time between the Rhode Island beaches and the ski resorts of Vermont I am able to keep close ties with my ever growing network of friends and family. In Real Estate some say, "It's not just what you know, but also who you know". Working in Vermont, Connecticut, and Rhode Island I am able to provide a service that no other local Realtor can...I have the ability to cross promote my listings to the lucrative and growing market of out of state, 2^nd Home, Vacation, and Investment buyers while also providing valuable knowledge of these areas for buyers who are interested purchasing.

Either by participating in the sale of 20+ properties a year, staying current on 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange laws, being active in the Governance aspects of the National Association of Realtors, or as a volunteer driver for Meals On Wheels I some how find time for my Golden Retrievers, skiing, and the watching the Boston Red Sox.
