We are Realtors with Realty Associates Florida Properties with offices in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and other locations in South Florida.

Trevor, born in the U.K, received his B.A. from the University of Chicago and J.D. from UCLA Law School. He practiced law in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles for over 30 year. We moved to Delray Beach 10 years ago. Trevor's legal background and experience is of great value helping buyers and sellers with questions regarding the terms and provisions of sales contracts, pice, negotiations, avoid misconceptions regarding terms, extensions, cancellations and other essential elements in every real estate transaction.

Marlene, born and educated in South America, has a background of Interior Decoration and Design and has been active in Real Estate Marketing for many years. She is also fluent in Spanish and Italian and works with many South American and European Buyers. Her training and experience in decoration and design will assist sellers in furniture rearranging, de-cluttering or staging to show the home at its best, giving them an edge over other sellers. She is able help buyers in redecorating, changes in the use of space, and many other buyer concerns in choosing a home to purchase.

We have worked for many years in the Delray Beach, Boca Raton and surrounding areas of South Florida. One of our areas of expertise is in the purchase and sale of waterfront homes, townhomes and condominiums with boat dockage, as well as Intracoastal, ocean and beachfront properties. As experienced boat owners, both sail and power, we have the knowledge and experience to advise buyers concerns or questions regarding inlet choices, wake zones, fixed and opening bridges as well as referrals to qualified boat repair and maintainance companies, boatyards, dive services, fuel delivery and other related services.

We live and work in Pelican Harbor, Delray Beach, a unique 24 hour guard-gated community with homes directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, the C-15 Canal, and Tropic Bay as well as homes a short distance from the water. The location of the community provides ocean access with no fixed bridges. There are boat docks for lease and for sale, among other amenities, such as two community pools and tennis courts.
