I need any new ideas or angles on getting a price reduction.
I'm sure that we all have over-priced listings in this market.
We have sellers tell us that "we're not going to give it away"...
I constantly provide sellers with market updates...some get it, some don't.
One particular listing that I have is a vacant property. It's a third home for this homeowner.
I give them the feedback from the showings...priced too high, etc.
I suggest a price reduction and they keep saying, "nah, we'll wait".
I would love to hear any fresh ideas on how to motivate and unmotivated seller who NEEDS to sell...
