Corolla ocean side real estate sold market analysis.

During the time frame between Sep 1 2007 and Dec 31 2007 there were 20 residential properties sold through the Outer Banks Association of Realtors. The median price was $667,500 and the average price was $808,375 with 185 days on the market being the average time needed to sell a property.

During the previous quarter there were 46 Corolla residential properties sold with a median price of $697,000 an average price of $871,726 and 161 days on the market.

After all of the education, degrees and jobs in various professional venues that I pursued throughout my twenties and thirties, I have the career I am 100% suited for! My husband/partner is in his 19th year of selling Outer Banks Real Estate, and with his expert guidance I "grew up" fast in this business.
