I attended a Brian Buffini Cinemax this week. One of the points that I got out of the seminar we are heading for a housing shortage. It was stated there are 80million echo-boomers (kids from the boomers) that are entering the market. It was stated new housing builders weren't that active since January 2008.
It is forecast that the echo-boomers will not have sufficient housing. The move-up buyers will not be moving up to the next level of houses since builders are not building.
What do you think? I do know we have a surplus of homes with the foreclosure and the economy but a shortage?
