what do I have to do to get a fabulous listing to sell?
I have done the usual suspects DROP the price, perfectly stage the home, done agent & public open houses, dropped flyers, door knocked and done a video tour which you can see on my website www.TaraSalesRealEstate.com I'm running out of ideas. I have also had the place listed for 2.5/mos then took it off we are now back on with a fresh low price.
Does anyone out there have any other creative ideas on how I can get this one sold?
