Handsmill On Lake Wylie will have the first "LEED" Certified Clubhouse in North and South Carolina.

Construction has begun:

Some of the "Green" features that it will have are: energy efficiency, low moisture landscaping, the use of "green" products, and good air quality.

One of the best features of the Clubhouse is that it will be directly on Lake Wylie. It will have a sandy beach area down to the water for all to enjoy in the community. So even if you do not live directly on the Lake, you will always have access to it.

Handsmill On Lake Wylie will have a Bark Park....Wooooof!

I love animals! This adorable little girl above is my "Baby" her name is Baby. She is a teacup yorkie. I am also a vegetarian, I hate the idea of cruelty to animals.

Needless to say when we decided to build a "Bark Park" in Handsmill on Lake Wylie I thought it was a great idea.

It will be a park where homeowners can come bring their dogs to socialize and so can their owners. It goes along with our concept of Ourdoor Living.

The park will have a place to tie leashes to and water for the dogs.

There is alot to love at Handsmill on Lake Wylie
