Turnberry Homes Helps to Alleviate Traffic in Williamson County

Luxury New Home in Nashville at Stags Leap, a Turnberry Community in FranklinTurnberry Homes has taken it upon themselves to help improve traffic safety and reduce congestion in Williamson County. What really helps this project to stand out is that the road under construction is not adjacent to any luxury homes community built by Turnberry Homes. The Nashville home builder is just going the extra mile to help make the surrounding area a better place to live. Turnberry Homes does build communities in Williamson County and by undertaking the road widening project on Wilson Pike, they are making the entire the county a more desirable and enjoyable place.

Turnberry Homes is investing $700,000 to widen 3,300 feet of Wilson Pike between McEwen Drive and Clovercroft Road. Lanes will be expanded from approximately 9.5 feet with no shoulder to 11 feet with a four foot shoulder on each side. Turnberry will also install guardrails at strategic locations and resurface the entire section of roadway. A new turn lane will minimize traffic build up at the intersection of Clovercroft Road and Wilson Pike.

Work on the project is underway and is slated for completion in late October. The changes are part of a larger road improvement plan underway by Williamson County, the City of Franklin and Tennessee Department of Transportation. The State has completed an interchange on I-65 for McEwen Lane, and the City plans to improve McEwen Lane from I-65 to Wilson Pike.

Turnberry Homes is happy to be involved in the community in which they build. This act of generosity is only one example that proves this point.

Premier Nashville Homebuilder Customizes Homes for Move In

Turnbrry Home in Williamson County

Building a custom home from scratch can take months, but Turnberry Homes has homes ready for fast move-in and will customize them to suit the homebuyer’s needs. As Tennessee’s premier luxury home builder, Turnberry has structural and interior designers on staff who can work with families to tailor the homes of their dreams.

“We go beyond the gimmicks and special incentives that are common in today’s market to give our buyers what they really want – a home that exactly fits their lifestyle,” said Richard Bell, President of Turnberry Homes. “Being a nimble, customer driven company with hands on management, we let homebuyers tailor finished homes to ‘live’ the way they want at little or no charge.”

Bell describes a home sold recently in the Ladd Park community in Williamson County, where homeowners didn’t need a fifth bedroom but wanted to expand the master bedroom closet and the laundry room. They needed a back foyer to collect the children’s coats and books, and they preferred a study to a formal living room. Outside, they wanted a flat backyard for a trampoline and a separate grilling patio. “We were able to move a wall or two, bring in some dirt, and the home was quickly tailored to meet the family’s wishes,” says Bell.

Turnberry’s approach is vital in today’s market, where many homebuyers move on a quick schedule related to relocations or fast closings on their existing homes. By choosing to work with Turnberry’s structural and interior designers to custom tailor a standing home, buyers get the custom experience without taking the time to build from the ground up.

Turnberry Homes is currently building in seven Nashville area communities, including Catalina, Stags Leap, Christiansted Valley and Ladd Park. Homes have at least four bedrooms and three baths and are priced from the $300,000s into the $800,000s.

Turnberry Homes is a premier new homebuilder, presenting finely crafted homes in the most distinctive sections of Nashville and Williamson County, Tennessee, including Brentwood, Cool Springs, Franklin and Nolensville.
