Despite national coverage about the gloom and doom of our economy I just wanted to give my input. The best I can tell there are only 5 states declining and 45 states that are either leveled or improving. My calculations put that at a 90% grade.

While things may be able to be better-they could get a lot worse. The prices in Knoville area are stabilized, there is a good selection of homes available, and interest rates are fantastic.

This is just my good word for the day--be encouraged.
