Million $ Homes in Redmond

How many Million Dollar Plus Homes Do You Think SOLD in Redmond in 2011?

I thought that there would be a lot. Since Redmond is home to Microsoft and dozens of other High-Tech Companies, but only 23 homes in 2011 SOLD for $1,000,000 or more in Redmond, according to Northwest Multiple Listing Service.

Compare that to 2010 in which there were 32 homes SOLD for 1 Million Plus including 1 home that sold for the most ever in Redmond at $4,400,000.

RUMOR - New Sandwich Shop in Downtown Redmond

I have heard a rumor that is too good not to share. I'm working on confirming it and will post an update as soon as I do. A very popular and scarce Sandwich, Soup and Shake place is going to be opening up at Bella Bottega Shopping Center in downtown Redmond in the next few weeks.

People from Chicago will know which one I am talking about. If this is true, then watch out LUNCH TIME will never been the same.

If you like Fantastic Sandwiches (not like the other National Chains) Supper Soups and Amazing Shakes then you will LOVE THIS PLACE.

Do you think you know which Sammy Shop is coming to Redmond? Post your guess below and I will treat lucky person to lunch if the rumor is true.
