A wholoe lot of internationals. Only this week I have submitted 6 offers and have two approved sales with closing dates early next month for medium price range homes. I am working on 3 more right now. Waterfront homes availability requests have trippled and I am spending all day sending info to my clients and arranginf video shoots, previews, showings etc. Naples Florida definitely picked up in real estate sales.
