Real Estate Marketing - Google Street View Application

There is another interesting real estate marketing application I have started using today - Google Mapls Street View application. This technology is still quite expensive if you decide to do it by yourself using specific camera lenses for 3D shoot. However this idea can be very attractive to create visuals of entire city blocks and put them together. Look up a sample preview of the application here: http://www.housescape.org.uk/cgi-bin/sv.pl?appl&APPL000112

It's interesting that the Brits are quite active using Google Maps Street View.

Also here is the link to latest Street View application equipment:

I will have Street View available on my website http://www.naplesrealestateseller.com shortly. The link will be on the right side of the home page called: Naples Interactive Map and Street View Video

Real Estate Marketing-Microsoft's BING released

Miscrosoft just introduced their new search application BING. According to a number of internet pros it has a lot of good quality features compared to Google like better search, improved video quality, simplicity etc. It could make Bing more attractive for real estate agents with individual websites, since Bing does not favor large websites as much as Google does. It is very unlikely though that Microsoft's Bing, despite all financial and marketing backing, can make a significant dent in Google domination of the market, mostly because of web surfer habits and acquired taste for Google search. On the other hand having more exposure with quality images and video is very healthy for real estate on-line marketers and agents individual websites. I have looked up my website http://www.naplesrealestateseller.com video search results and it was very easy, quick and much less other people advertising on the page.

Russian Property Show and Internet Marketing for US Developers and Realty

Dom International USA specializes in marketing American properties for European vacation and investment property buyers.

Dom International USA has proven that this group of buyers exists and this population is ready to buy. After a string of successful international property shows in Moscow and St. Petersburg, Russia, Dom International USA emerged as the most productive concern for the United States participants. We presented Florida, New York and Massachusetts developers, real estate brokerages and individual sellers.

Dom International thoroughly pre-qualified all clients and made sure they are ready to buy in the United States. The Russian oligarchs, investors and wealthy private buyers looking for golf heaven, marina, spa environment, educational areas or culture and night life can find it all for even less money than they expected to spend in the United States and especially Florida.

Repeating the same old marketing strategies over and over again and expecting different results is non-productive in current real estate sales environment. Using local publications fro advertising, open houses, local networking and realtor marketing is clearly not enough, especially with massive credit crunch in the country.

We are offering aggressive potential buyer acquisition strategies with success rates over 50% based on our own international property show experience and office locations in St. Petersburg, Russia; Boston, Massachusetts and Naples, Florida.

The main difference between Russian buyers and buyers from other Western countries is that Russian buyers have savings that they want to use to invest in international property.

Many Russians are concerned that banks where they have assets in Russia and elsewhere might not survive. There is a great deal of worry that the Ruble will be devalued. These buyers are not looking for credit, but want to invest capital that they presently have.

Russian buyers appreciate that many markets are depressed, and 91% indicate that they would be looking to buy international property at a bargain price.

Statistics released by major Russian property portals have indicated that the number of visitors and property inquiries have increased in the last several years.

Initial reports from the first quarter of 2009 show this trend continues.
