
Buyers and Sellers!!! NOTE: Brightwood continues to have a consistent flow of sales. The chart above shows that in the month of September 2009, the Brightwood Subdivision saw 7 homes LISTED on the market AND 9 homes SOLD. For another consecutive month, Brightwood sales are continuing to show evidence of absorbing (selling) more homes each month than that which is listed on the market. THAT IS OUTSTANDING.

This month shows us evidence that the Brightwood subdivision is clearly one of Buyer's location of choice in Washington, DC. This month shows 12, YES that is 12 homes that sold in the month of August, which shows that Brightwood is up in Sales by 3 from last month. (Go Brightwood!!!)
In summary, the chart above shows 10 homes that were listed on the market in August 2009, but 12 were absorbed (sold). Yes, just as quickly as homes are listed on the market, homes are being absorbed (sold).

As you can see from the graph above, Sales are up by 4 from last month BRIGHTWOOD Monthly Market Report for JUNE 2009 --> Buyers and Sellers. This month (July 2009) shows us that 9 HOMES were SOLD. Yes, month-after-month-after-month, homes are being absorbed in the Brightwood subdivision. BUYERS!!! This is GREAT NEWS for you!!! Thus, if you are thinking about MOVING TO DC, call Uniqca V. Attention --> BRIGHTWOOD HOMEOWNERS / SELLERS!!! Do not let this market get you down. THE NUMBERS / STATISTICS IN BRIGHTWOOD DO NOT LIE. They speak volumes as to what is going on in the Brightwood Real Estate Market. If you NEED to sell your home, and you live in this subdivision, TAKE NOTE OF THE NUMBERS in each one of my Brightwood Monthly Market Reports. For instance, in May 2009, there were 12 Homes / Condos that sold. In June 2009, there were 5 homes that sold. NOW in this month (July 2009), there were 9 homes that sold. Thus, for the past 3 months alone, there were an amazing 26 HOMES that sold in the Brightwood subdivision alone.
Now, the chart noted above, for July 2009, shows us that 7 homes were placed on the market in July 2009; however, there were 9 that sold. Thus, as quickly as homes are listed on the market, they are being absorbed.

Brightwood Sales are down by 7 from last month (May 2009). In May 2009, the number of listings sold, in this ONE BOOMING subdivision, were 12 (Wow!!!) BRIGHTWOOD BUYERS, THE GOOD NEWS IS . . ., June 2009 simply provides evidence that Buyers are continuously purchasing homes and condos in the Brightwood Subdivision. This month (June 2009) brings us a total of 5 homes sold (Yeah Brightwood!!!) -- SEE GRAPH ABOVE.
BRIGHTWOOD HOMEOWNERS / SELLERS!!! THERE IS EVEN MORE GOOD NEWS HERE IN BRIGHTWOOD!!! It is good to know that although we see that 10 homes were added to the Brightwood inventory in the month of June 2009 (SEE GRAPH ABOVE), homes are also being consistently absorbed (sold), month-after-month-after-month!!!
