With everybody looking for a deal, I have decided to expand my real estate business to also include HUD Homes in Columbus Ohio. The number of HUD Homes seem to be going down, so that is a good sign for the real estate market here in Columbus Ohio.
Our board doesn't let us promote Short Sale homes as Short Sales anymore (although we can put that information in the Agent to Agent Remarks).
Hopefully the real estate market will pick up again and distress sale properties wont be the most popular type of home people are looking for.
Columbus Ohio Snow Removal
I hope everybody is having a happy and safe holiday. For any of you that live in Columbus Ohio, you know about that really nasty ice storm we had yesterday. My normal 30 minute commute took me almost 2 hours from all of the slow moving traffic (5mph on the highway is slow!). I had to make a quick pit stop and drove in a parking lot that was a solid sheet of ice. I almost ran into some parked cars.
One thing that made my day was coming home and having all of the snow and ice already removed from our driveway, sidewalk and front porch. This was of the great services by Baker Landscaping, LLC who in addition to landscaping and lawn care, also do snow removal. So I would highly recommend them for all of your Columbus Ohio Snow Removal needs along with any upcoming lawn care and landscaping in Columbus Ohio.
