How Did Missouri and Kansas Rank Nation Wide for Closing Costs?

MSN.com and Bankrate.com just released an article on "State-by-state closing costs". First time home buyers are sometimes overwhelmed when hit with closing costs. You will be happy to know that Missouri was ranked 54 and Kansas was ranked 55 out of 56 states/large cities in 2008 for having low closing costs. Average closing costs in 2008 for Missouri were at $2,758 and Kansas were at $2,669. That is great news if you are buying a KC home!!!
