Friday was a thriller at the Honda Classic at PGA in Palm beach Gardens. Tiger Woods bounced back in the second round of the Honda Classic making the cut with a 2-under round of 68. This left Tiger 1-under for the tournament, safely above the 1-over cut line. Tom Gillis leads the pack with a 6-under 64, giving him a two-shot lead among the early starters of the second round at the Honda Classic yesterday.Love III and Mcllroy are 2 shots back.

Discover the topography and natural history of the Jupiter National Landscape Conservation System historic site. This 2 mile trek passes through historic points of interest on the 120 acre Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area. The hike departs from the flag pole at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum at 8:00am and takes approximately 2 hours to complete, tour is weather dependent. Admission is free but space is limited- RSVP required 561-747-8380 x101, program is open to adults and children -must be at least 5 years old to participate. All children between 5 and 13 must be accompanied by an adult that is at least 18 years old. Hikers footwear, active wear, a hat, and a full water bottle or canteen should be carried. The U.S. government has started selling off its stock of homes in foreclosure. The Federal Housing Finance Agency said Monday that a group of investors purchased the first of 2,500 homes being sold as part of a foreclosure-to-rental program.
The government has control over roughly 250,000 foreclosed homes owned by Fannie Mae, 1 percent of which will be sold and converted into rentals through the pilot program.
Converting the homes into rentals can reduce credit losses and stabilize home values. Homes in foreclosure sell at a 20 percent discount on average, which can hurt surrounding home values.
Investors can submit applications to purchase properties owned by Fannie in some of the nation’s hardest hit metro areas ; Atlanta, Chicago, Las Vegas, Phoenix and parts of Florida.
The government rescued Fannie and its sister organization Freddie Mac in September 2008 and has funded them since the financial crisis.

We really liked your approach. You asked us what we were looking for in a neighborhood, and based on that feedback, helped us appropriately narrow our hunting to select neighborhoods. Especially important is that when it seemed we'd just never find the right house, and started looking in other areas, you carefully reminded us of our priorities. Eventually, this paid off for us, as all the work resulted in us finding a house that we are incredibly happy to have (at a great price) in the neighborhood we loved the most. You were also clear about all the financial ducks we should have in a row to start the process. Because of that, we were well positioned throughout our search to act immediately when we found the house we wanted.
We liked that you were responsive and communicated well. Communications with you were easy. We never got the sense, no matter how many times we called, that you weren't happy to talk with us and help. You were also prompt to return our phone calls, and clear if there were times you might be unavailable (which you seldom were). Finally, when we indicated we wanted to see a particular house that our online search revealed, you were quick to get us in to see the house and diligent about continuing to contacts other agents who were less than responsive (the lazy ones).
We liked that you were thorough and gave us good advice in terms of value and the overall process. When we started to find some house we liked, you were thorough in researching comparable homes and sharing with us your findings, so that we could best understand the value. You were also thorough in learning from the Seller's Agent their needs and timetable. This proved to be very helpful in finding a fit. You were also great in explaining the whole process from negotiation through closing. Given us being first time buyers, this was comforting.
We like how you continued to support through closing and afterwards. Moving to a new area can be exhausting, There's so much to do; so many things to figure out. But you helped us immensely by reminding us what needed to be done and by when. This made the whole financial part of buying a home so much easier. You also helped us with your lists of things to do and contact, like setting up utilities. You even gave us good referrals and options for folks who could clean the pool, do the lawn, paint the house, do touch up work, put in flooring, etc. Since we didn't move into our house until a month after closing, this really helped us establish relationships quickly so that the house was taken care of before we arrived. Finally, after closing you checked on our house daily while we were away; this was really above and beyond service. And the final kicker is that even after we arrived, you continued to call us to make sure all was good and that we didn't need anything. Everyone can appreciate service and care like that.
Overall, it was clear to us that you care about us and cared about us finding a home we'd love. Ultimately, it's that care we appreciate the most.

Locating and purchasing one's "perfect" home site and finding the "perfect" model home and builder to build your "Dream House" is a very difficult task. After speaking with Dave, we knew he was the person we needed at our side, and in the forefront, for this project. One sentence in Dave's e-mail stayed with me through all my correspondence and communication with the other candidates. Dave wrote, on the end of his e-mail, "No one will work harder to earn your business.". His voice rang true and clear in his knowledge, enthusiasm, and care. We planned a lot together before we made our trip down to find our land, model and builder.

We were exhausted but driven on adrenalin but Dave, he stayed with us beacuse he is "Dave".
Our next plan is for Dave to find us a large rental home, in the area, so we can move down and watch the conclusion of our house and pool being built, and large enough to store our furniture and personal belongings that we are taking with us.
We were very blessed that day Dave Monsour came into our lives. He is more than our Realtor, he is our Friend. The first new friend we made in Florida since we decided to relocate to the Sunshine State. We look forward to entertaining Dave in our new home, once we move and settle in.
