Q. Just how many homes are in foreclosure? A. We have hundreds of foreclosures and short sale homes are currently for sale in our area. You will also need to know that generally 2% of the sales price must be applied to the down payment when putting in an offer. Q. Can I go look at through the windows and walk around the properties prior to calling a Realtor? A. If you do that you can be charged with trespassing! Be Aware of that! Q. Well how do i get started? Step By Step? A. Follow this: 1. Get Pre-Approved or have Bank Statement Available! 2. Email me your criteria 3. Hire Me 4. Find your dream home! 5. Move In and that is it!!!
