A Boater's Paradise at Cape Harbour in Cape Coral, FL

The Marina at Cape Harbour can accommodate boats up to 65 feet and offers 76 wet slips. There is a boat house on site that you can store your smaller boats in for a small charge of $12.50 per ft/ per month. The Boat house can store boats up to 35 feet and a don't forget to check out the bait and tackle section of the ship store.
How much does it cost to keep your boat at Cape Harbour?
Wet Slips are available with a 35' minimum
Monthly rental is $15.00 per ft +electric (monthly)
Annual rental is $12.50 per ft + electric (monthly)
There is electric at the slips that provide 30 amp or 50 amp service and a pump out station on site.

Event Description
Cape Harbour celebrated the Fourth of July in style!!!! What a great turn out for Independance day 2009. Activities included a tribute for our troops, a patriotic pet contest, self defense demonstrations, adopt a troop fundraiser, pie baking contest and fingerprint Identification sign ups. There were hotdogs and hamburgers as well as live entertainment.

Wow, I just went to Cape Harbour to look at homes and it has expanded again. I went into the mall to see what was available and there are so many stores available to enjoy. I was so exited that the new project the "Funky Fish Houses" were under way and off to a great start.
