All i have to say Brrrrr it was cold here. Last week i returned from Costa Rica where the waters were warm and the breezes were perfect. The real estate market has taken a small hit there but not nearly as bad as here in the states. I met a few Canadians who were thinkng of investing here in Florida and in Costa Rica.
