Merry Christmas from Ft Lauderdale, FL

It was a magical evening where we celebrated the season in this New England styled restaurant building known as Bimini Boat Yard...see the video at the end.

May I present....Joy Carter ...a smart, savvy and seasoned professional who works along side her brother and another team member...client care specialist to accomplish the task of buying and selling property. She is pictured in the festive Diamond bling Christmas tree along with her signature “joy” greeting pin. Joy was happy to poise for the snap shot with the Active Rain logo in the background and holding a copy of the latest edition of my book - The Ultimate Success Secret - which I gifted to the members who attended.

Tim Zivku , residential loan consultant from Regent Bank is joining in the festivities and soon to be an Active Rain member.

It is located right outside the the Port where we board our cruise ships and the Causeway entrance to the magnificent Ft Lauderdale beach...home of “Where the Boys Are” Spring break fame and now clustered with high end hotels.

Today we are sharing with our real estate community and our public, the latest gathering of Active Rain local members in the southeast Florida region. We begin with a short video so you can enjoy the flavor and visit with us.

Karen Mansour shared her knowledge about some of the Active Rain members that have influenced her and how she made a difference to them.

Jan Overton is building a movement in Lauderdale by the Sea. This is a lovely beachfront commmunity that Jan plans to begin blogging about so we all get to know her better.

Teri Poehler drove from the west side of the county to be with us and continues to thrive in her real estate business despite any gloom and doom reports about recession.

Eileen Burns hosted the Active Rain event in Pompano Beach, FL as this week Ft Lauderdale was aflutter with The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. She has a two-story waterfront office building for sale with direct ocean access and would love to sell this property to one of the many visitors who plan to purchase a luxury yacht and maintain their business address in the 33308 zip code.

Marco Giancola chimed in that he was tied up in Miami showing property.

Nishika Jones, our local lead generation expert, was busy with strategy sessions this raining, stormy day.

Since my first first edition of THE ULTIMATE SUCCESS SECRET....I am now an official published author.... did not arrive before I departed for the scheduled Active Rain event, we are planning another get together....SAVE THE DATE and rsvp in the comments section ....November Tues November 15, 2011. I will be presenting each attendee from every meetup with a copy of my book.
