As the charts show for Mission Viejo we have a good amount of properties SOLD and many that are under contract. Our properties aren't staying on the market as long either but the winter months will tell the story!
This only happens once every few years, that we have snow on Saddleback Mountain near Mission Viejo but it is spectacular when you see it.

The Beach and Tennis Club of Lake Forest is planning a Halloween Party for all the children to come and have a wonderful time together. All children will leave with a bag of treats and goodies.

Time: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Cost: Tickets are $7.00 till the 29th and $9.00 on the 30th.
The evening will be full of games, "Witches Potion" "Goblin Goo" and a ghoulishly goo time to have FUN! 
One of the classes we had at Casta del Sol, Mission Viejo this past summer was a stretching and flexibility class for mobility. Our instructor was Leila, who also teaches our strength and body sculpting all year. Leila would start the class by turning the lights down low and using soft soothing music, we all either were bare footed or had just socks on. The program is implemented for muscle stretching which we did from floor mates or chairs, so as to get different muscles involved. Most of the students in this class are taking aerobic and weight classes on other days so this was a class we all needed at the end of our week. The flexibility and agility we gained from our stretching class helped us to continue to improve in our other classes. The last 10 minutes of class was a relaxation and meditation period for all of us. It was one of the favorite classes for most students.
As for right now we at Casta del Sol, Mission Viejo aren't able to have this class all year long because of other uses for the room that we have to occupy. Our instructor is helping us by doing a stretching segment at the end of each class.
