Working for an independent broker I try to go over and above job expections, not only for my clients but for fellow realtors. I feel we should all try to work together.
As most know, in Cromwell, CT we have gone through a revaluation within last year, and everyone is wondering what the new mill rate will be. I was in touch with the tax office, and found out the mill rate has finally been set. The new rate is 28.01, this includes the fire tax too.
Hope this clears up any concerns clients might have as far as what they will be paying for taxes.

To everyone golfer out there.. if you don't know already the PGA tour is coming to Cromwell, CT in June. The Travelers championship will be held from June 16th to June 22nd at the TPC (Tournament Players Club) of the River Highlands.

PIERSON PARK
The town of Cromwell, CT is investing money into parks around town, making the playgrounds/playscapes savers for our children. Pierson Park was the first one done. As you can see from the pictures, they have done a GREAT job.
