The market report for April, 2009. A little late, but I want to make sure I keep up with the market. Looking at the numbers, the market dropped in April, compared to 2008. Missing figures are due to them not being reported from the Springfield MLS Statistics.

Three years ago I attended a RE/MAX Convention and learned that blogging was good for your business. I went home and immediately joined Active Rain and started blogging about Springfield Mo Real Estate. Then I bought the book Realty Blogging.
I've spent hours going through posts that interest me....commented on some.....ignored others. There is not enough time to comment on everything that is posted here.
Here's my first post from the RE/MAX Convention in 2006.
Yesterday I attended the 2009 RE/MAX Convention in Kansas City, Kansas. Want to know what they are talking about this year? Blogging and social networking. In the midst of all the web has to offer......Active Rain!
Thanks guys for being the greatest google juice ever!
How is your website working? Mine is shouting out Springfield Mo Real Estate.
Working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And with lots of attention, it has become the best advertising tool I have. It has introduced me to some of the best families. It constantly helps buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
My best website is www.kayvankampen.com. A RE/MAX website, developed by David Teefy, a website genius and a great friend (who recently had a birthday). And we are attending a RE/MAX Convention this week for all the new updates and information he has to offer.
Active Rain comes in second. And my outside blog Springfield Real Estate Chatter is third.
My other websites don't hold a candle to the number of leads that this website generates. I could use additional websites, but would have to hire additional help. Hmmmmm!
And now, with the help of Google and Twitter, our websites will generate even more leads. Holy cow! I'm going to have to learn to Twitter. I'm already a member of Facebook and Linkedin. What other groups can I join? Any ideas?
