With Interests rate low and stock market challenges, Santa Cruz county is seeing a bit of a spark in real estate trends. The sluggish market has some new air breathing into it and we are seeing more pending signs! We are even seeing some multiple offers on strategically price properties! This is a much needed boost to the melancholy mood that is seen around most of the country. We are enjoying beautiful spring like weather a bit early but blossoms make for a colorful backdrop to the beauty of the ocean!

Buyers would be saavy to move forward at this time before the competition starts to drive our prices up again! Rates are low, prices are low.
