| HUD Waives 90 Day Anti-Flipping Rule

Here are the basic details: - The seller holds title to the property - LLC, corporations or trusts can serve as sellers as long as they are operating within applicable state and federal law - No pattern of previous flipping on the property exists for the most recent 12 months - The property was marketed openly and fairly, via MLS, auction, FSBO, or developer marketing |

It's not too late to take advantage of the federal tax credit being offered to first time home buyers and now available to existing home buyers. First timers can receive up to $8000 in the form of a credit when taxes are filed and move-up or existing home buyers can receive up to $6500. Offers need to be accepted by April and closed by June.
