What do all these occupations have in common with October and a crack house?
Yesterday about 30 of us met to tear down a house in Detroit.
This is the third weekend for this house and the only one that I participated in.
The first weekend (all volunteers) the took off the roof and top structure.
Last week they collapsed the house
This weekend we tore our the remaining sectons and disposed of everything that we could.
They day started about 8:30 with strong men smashing and tearing out the house.
Wish I had their strength and energy.
My job was to get as much into organized piles for disposing.

We formed teams while working with volunteers that we never met before.
The men piled the brick on the edge of the "house" and I would pitch them in a pile for reclamation.
This was hard dirty work. Will I do it again? You bet.
One more house down and many more to go.

The meeting will begin at 10:00 AM sharp and formally finish at 2:00. We can continue to network or shop afterwards
We will begin by playing a quick game of Conversations that will set the tone for the meeting. You will be amazed.

Superbly written and I hope all WCR members copy it and send it to your Realtors in your area.
