Virtual Sidekick has changed the structure and purpose of our company's blog, to do more for the community! Instead of the usual company blog to announce new products and company news, we have worked to make our new blog a complete resource for area real estate agents, buyers and sellers. We've affectionately coined this new approach Real Estate 360° - a 360° look at Real Estate.
This new blog is still in its infancy, with much more content and news on the way. We've lined up some great resources we think will be very helpful to buyers, sellers and agents, and are working with some area professionals to create a constant flow of up-to-date content for our local area. From time to time, Real Estate 360° will also host various public service ventures, such as our current National Home Buyers Survey. We will be hosting these public service ventures in an effort to bring buyers, sellers and agents closer together, aid in communication and offer new insight on the topic of online marketing.
We also realize that marketing is a big issue for many Realtors, so we will continue to provide more great marketing advice, both for the general audience and specific to the Durham & Chapel Hill, NC areas. and of course, we will be working to educate more of the real estate community on the importance of virtual tours And additional web-based home presentation options.
