As a life long Washington area resident. I remember calculating the interest on a thirty year mortage. I was 8 and learning to multiply. That was when I knew I wanted a career in real estate. Many years later I am fulfilling that career goal as a Broker Associate and Invester.

My first working years were spent in the family business, then in the research department for a national publishing firm. Later moving to a international news organization filling several positions including positions in the marketing department of the television division.

These positions honed my listening skills and prepaired me to give service to the highest possible level.

I have had a wide area of experiances, I have sold high end properties, my first sale was a small rambler priced under $100K. I have sold condos, and single family homes, I have purchased investment properties and managed 1031 exchanges for clients. I value education and have positioned myself to be able to assist you with most real estate transactions. I do have a fondness for first time home buyers and move up sellers. The joy of purchasing a first home and the emotion surounding the sale of a old friend and purchase of a life long dream brings me a great deal of satisfaction.
