I am full time Agent with Coldwell Banker Brant Realty, a family owned real estate office. The Wade Network has over 15 years of Real Estate history to include mortgage, land development, construction and Short Sale program. The Wade Network offers expertise in many areas. Our team is located in Southern Genesee County in the Fenton/Linden/Lake Fenton area. We do cover all of Geneses, Northern Oakland and Livingston Counties. We are a "One Stop Shop" during a transaction. We also offer staging service, interior/exterior design, land use and award winning builder/contractor assistance. We are now short sale specialist.
