THERE WILL BE LOTS OF SINGING AND DANCING. THERE WILL ALSO BE LOTS OF FOOD, FUN AND KIDS ACTIVITIES. COMPANIES WILL BE GIVING PRIZES AND GIVE AWAYS...

I look back and start thinking on how it all started with an idea and now seeing how everything is just happening... I sometimes still couldn't believe my eyes.

Witnessing some businesses closing down because of the economy and feeling bad about how it affected a lot of people in the community made me think of how we can help them as Realtors. It was just an idea of maybe finding a way of helping people to reconnect and create a way to increase their business.

It started with one business expo outside our building and helped 26 businesses, followed with 104 businesses held on a great high school community and now a formalized non-profit organization group "Inland Valley Business and Community Foundation" www.IVBCF.com working on the next business expo this spring.

Life is about caring and giving. People do recognize the gift they receive and they show great appreciation. We as Realtors have so many great gifts to our own community. We can really make a difference...we just need to open our hearts and really listen to it. We are very well respected in what we do and we are truly bless to be in this position.

We are the key to our community in making it strong and beautiful. We all need to care and turn those great ideas into something great.

While I was working and started thinking about holidays. I thought I send out a x'mas greeting and do it early before I forget about my friends here in Activerain. The last few weeks has been very hectic for me and with all these open escrows I have all at the same time, I need to be innovative with my time and use it wisely.

Here is my early Christmas greeting to all of you beautiful Realtors and Activerain members and hope that you may have a great Christmas and New Year. Let's all be thankful for all the blessings and good health we have. Be positive and be thankful for everything that we've been thru this year, good and bad.
