I have recently gotten my hands on Keyword Elite which is a software that allows you to research keywords in order to help you with an adwords campaign or SEO in general. I was wondering if anyone has used this software successfully ? If you have used it, let me know what you think about it.

Westchester Real Estate Searches have been on a costant decline since 2004 as shown on this graph. That graph represents searches related to real estate.
I'm not sure if those numbers mean that the real estate interest has been decreasing though, because, if you look at graphs for individual town searches, they seem pretty normal.
So in conclusion...WHO KNOWS!
