I recently looked back the Hoboken condo market for 2010 to see what the overall top sales were.
The most expensive sale according to the Hudson County MLS occurred in May at the W Hotel & Residences. A 3 bedroom north/east facing condo sold for $2,400,000.
Other notable sales include a penthouse at the Garden Street Lofts selling for $2,300,000 in June and a 3,600 sq.ft. penthouse at 2 Constitution Court selling for $2,200,000 in September.

Recently two identical condos sold at 700 Grove in Jersey City. One was a traditional sale and the other was a short-sale/pre-foreclosure.
