One might conclude that the overall economy is to blame, but the environmental and economic issues associated with the beach erosion effecting several properties located in the Wild Dunes is a considerable deterrent to sales in that market area. Of the 102 active Interval listing 46 or 45% are located in the Wild Dunes.
