Finally, townhomes are now available in Pearland in the beautiful golf course community of Silverlake. Some neighborhoods along Pearland Parkway have become immediately popular like Lakes of Highland Glen and Village of Mary's Creek. Sales in Shadow Creek Ranch remain strong.

Easy commute times seem to be important to buyers along with good schools, shopping and general appeal of the neighborhood. Recently, we've been working with clients in the Pearland, Friendswood, Clear Lake, League City, Alvin, Manvel, Houston and even in the Spring and Tomball areas. Interest rates are still attractive, but won't stay this low forever! So much is happening around the 288 Corridor! It's even hard for us to keep up! The City of Pearland has been working hard to attract new businesses including biomedical/research companies along with retail outlets...including a Bass Pro Shop! We hear there's more exciting things to come, but apparently it's top secret at this point!
