About Us:

I was an IBM consultant when I first came to Denver, Colorado in early 00's. At that time, Denver was just another city where I conducted work with my clients. I stayed in downtown Embassy Suites and Marriott hotel on the weekdays and flew back to my Chicago home on the weekends. That lasted about 2 years until.... I felt in love with this city.

I have traveled to 26 states and more than 50 cities during my 10 years of consulting. I have to admit that Denver is one of the best cities I have ever lived! There are ultra-modern lofts mixed with 100 year old Victorians. With 300 sunny days year-round and easy access to the mountains, you will never run out of outdoor things to do. So, I sold my house in Chicago, drove my little SUV across Nebraska, bought a cute Victorian in West Wash Park, became a Realtor, and settled down here! <p>

Having worked on Wall Street, and having closed a dozen of my own real estate transactions, I have extensive financing knowledge. I will work with you to help you understand the process and to ensure that you select the right loan program with the right lender.

  I truly believe that real estate plays a key role in building an individual's wealth. Granted, the #1 reason to buy a property is to have a home. However, if you do it right, you can utilize real estate to save for retirement, open a business, pay for college, and more. I have been a real estate investor and business consultant for 10 years.
