Why Wendi-Mae? Her mission statement: "To improve thes quality of life for each person I work for." Through my business and personal efforts, I will give back to my Community regularly...all the while maintaining a well-balanced life. Previewing, Consulting, Evaluating, Negotiating-whether I am helping an individiual or a family buy or sell their own home, or I am assisting a large Corporation in relocating their employees-I feel that it is my personal responsibility to ensure that those whom I represent are secure in the process-and most of all have true peace of mind. I am one of only 4% of the World Population that can say "I love what I do for a living." I celebrated my 20th year as a Consultant this past October of '07. I have involved myself with all the Real Estate Boards I belong to, sitting on several Committees for each of those Boards. I am also a Director of the California Association of Realtors, and have been Nominated the Vice Chair of their Land Use & Environmental Committee.

Wendi-Mae believes whole-heartedly in Private Property Rights, and works very hard as a State and local Lobbyist to protect them.

Unfortunately, we have a lot of experience with realtors as we were looking to buy a house in the bay area for quite a while. We have gone through quite a few realtors, so we know an exceptional realtor when we see one.

Right from the beginning, Wendi Mae gave us the feeling that we were in good hands. Initially she spoke to us quite a bit to figure out the area and the kind of house we were looking for. My husband and I have diametrically opposite tastes in a house, so that made it a lot more challenging for her. She took us out to see numerous houses to get a feeling of our needs. Even though, she must have got frustrated showing us so many homes (although she never showed any frustration), not once did she push us to make a decision which was extremely reassuring for us. She kept reassuring us that the ‘perfect house' would come along - she would just continue looking. Previous realtors that we have used have pushed us to make a decision and not told us details about the house which we found out later. Wendi Mae was open and direct about her view of the house and whether she thought it would meet our needs.

Her communication with us was exceptional from the beginning from answering phone calls, text messages and emails; you could always rely on her to respond to you very fast.

Before we bought our house, we were concerned about the amount of work that the house needed, she got a contractor to go out and give us an estimate which helped us make a decision as the quote was much less than we expected. Even though we have bought our house, she is going way beyond her job profile and is continuing to help us by recommending and coordinating contractors, landscapers, cleaners, etc.
