A little about me

My career in Toronto real estate provides me the most interesting and satisfying work I have ever done. It is a great pleasure to bring Buyers and Sellers together, guiding them safely through the challenging steps of buying and selling a home.

I have been a South Annex resident (Toronto central downtown) since 1991; ten years ago I became a home owner and landlord in Harbord Village, a neighbourhood I know intimately.

In the years before entering real estate I had careers in journalism and graphic design and did work in home renovation. This eclectic career has left me with a range of skills & knowledge invaluable to my real estate clients: negotiation; sales; research & writing; accounting & financial analysis; home renovation & historic home restoration; graphic design; photography; and print & Internet marketing.

My job is to safely guide my clients through the challenging steps of buying or selling their home. I want to make the process as smooth and worry-free for you as I possibly can - and it's important to me that you understand and feel comfortable with each step along the way. I offer conscientious service, market savvy, and detailed knowledge of your neighbourhood.

I have been a South Annex resident since 1991; first as a tenant in the Palmerston neighbourhood, and later as a home owner and landlord in Harbord Village, a neighbourhood I know intimately.

I have been working as a downtown/midtown real estate sales representative since 2007.

She negotiated a good price reduction and also helped to expedite a very quick closing: in total, from first day of viewings to my move-in date, the whole process took less than two weeks!
