The average Highcroft sold home (the last six months) is 3450 square feet four bedrooms and four baths, sold for $479,357 or $139.02 a square foot.
Highcroft is made up of two sections, the Manors and the Shires.
The Manors section of Highcroft includes Highcroft Drive, Tamworth Hill Lane, Strathhorn Drive, Sears Farm Road, Boscawen Lane, Croydon Glen Court, Peirmont Drive and Landuff Court. There are currently five active listings in the manors averaging four bedrooms four baths, 3695 square feet and priced at $527,820 or $154.90 a square foot.
There have been five solds in the Manors in the last six months (making for a very tidy six month supply) and the average sale was four bedrooms, four baths, 3654 square feet and sold for $517,500 or $142.08 a square foot. The lowest priced home was $412,500 and the highest priced sale was $570,000.
The Shires section of Highcroft includes Millsfield Drive, Candia Lane, Chandler Grant Drive, Antrim Meadow Lane, Laconia Woods Place. There are currently seven homes actively listed in The Shires. The average Shires listing is 3,158 square feet with four bedrooms, four baths and in priced at $429,985 or $136.60 a square foot. The highest priced listing is $549,900 and the lowest is $349,000.
There have been two sales in the last six months, selling for $390,000 and $378,000 with average square footage of 2,941, four bedrooms, four baths and an average selling price per square foot of $131.36.
