I am a licensed Real Estate Broker with WestUSA Realty Revelation in Chandler Arizona. I have been in the real estate business for just under 10 years. I have been a broker for the last 4 of those. I carry the GRI, CDRS, SFR and the CDPE Designations. I am also pursuing a the CRS, ABR, and ePRO designations at this time. I work with a lot of buyers that are looking for a 2nd home in AZ where they will someday retire to. I also help struggling homeowners get out of their sticky situations via a short sale. I also sell foreclosures and do some work with bank-owned REO properties. I also am getting involved with many first time home buyers and also single mom's that qualify for certain loan programs. We also have some great programs for teachers. When my clients list with me, I move them for free door to door.
