Cathy grew up in Wasaga Beach and has watched it grow from a small seasonal community into a large vibrant year round town. After living in another tourist oriented town, Banff, Alberta, for 10 years, Cathy is thrilled to be able to live and work in her home town, surrounded by friends and family. Growing up in a family who own local businesses, Cathy has been around sales all of her life and can't imagine doing anything else. After selling everything from sweaters to boats, from fine art to computers, Cathy feels she has found her niche in real estate. Now that Cathy has entered the real estate field, she finds the most common question she encounters is; "what took you so long?" She loves helping buyers discover what a great place Wasaga Beach is to live in and helping sellers make their move to a new beginning.

Cathy has been in real estate sales since May 2005 and has earned her Broker's designation. She is the Top Producing agent in her office for 2007 and also acheived Royal LePage's President's Gold sales award. She continually works on educating herself and keeping up on the latest technology to further serve her clients. Cathy volunteers her time sitting on the Board of Directors for the Georgian Triangle Real Estate Board. Her practical and honest approach to business has been a benefit to her clients.
