Web Design and Real Estate

I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1976, spending over 22 years not only listing and selling properties myself, but assisting other agents in promoting themselves as either their Sales Manager or Assistant Manager. In 1995, I built my first web site and in 1996 after being approached by many of my peers, I began working full-time designing real estate web sites for numerous real estate agents, realty companies, and other businesses. Having designed well over 150 custom web sites, I also serve as Webmaster for many real estate companies, not only in the Washington DC area, but other parts of the US as well. As a Continuing Education Instructor in Virginia, one of the classes I teach is a course I designed - "Internet Boot Camp And Web Marketing 101", named the 1999 Virginia Association of REALTORS "Educational Course of the Year", to our 13,000+ members at the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS. Other instruction includes courses in the NAR Code of Ethics, Fair Housing, Virginia Agency Law, Contracts, and basic training for new agents. Please feel free to contact me.
