The Town of Wheatfield was formed in May 1836, and in the year 2004 is the fastest growing community in Niagara County and it continues in its popularity.

For those who do not smoke, the ashtray atmosphere of a Western New York smoker's home is one of the factors that will turn off a potential buyer to your home.

  • There were 109 Single Family homes sold with an average sales price of $171,372 with an average of 67 days on the market
  • The lowest sold price was $25,000 with 0 days on the market
  • The highest sold in Wheatfiled in 2007 sold for $375,000 and spent 360 days on the market

Currently there are:

  • 2 pending sales in Wheatfield with an average list price of $273,000
  • There are 74 Single Family homes on the market in Wheatfield with an average list price of $210,534 and ranging from $45,900 to $599,000 in list price.
