Western New York has a diverse selection of communities for its residents to call home. The Town of Wheatfield in Niagara County was once a sleepy farm community today is a popular place to call home.

The Town of Wheatfield was formed in May 1836, and in the year 2004 is the fastest growing community in Niagara County and it continues in its popularity.

Western New York Homes with smokers will have a more difficult time selling their home. Trying to sell your home, and you smoke it is a tough thing! For those who do not smoke, the ashtray atmosphere of a Western New York smoker's home is one of the factors that will turn off a potential buyer to your home.

• There are 74 Single Family homes on the market in Wheatfield with an average list price of $210,534 and ranging from $45,900 to $599,000 in list price.
