Teamwork by many parties in a real estate transaction as far as the smoothness of the deal cannot be underestimated.
Pulling In The Same Direction Works Wonders.
PARTICULARLY by the agents on each side. Predominantly this occurs with cooperative agents. Although in those handful of instances where ONE of the agents is just a thorn in your side fighting every negotiating point, communicating poorly, being obstructionist throughout, even being unethical or lying, you just can't make your way through the transaction fast enough.
Always work to be a good team player and hopefully others do too.
You cannot push anyone up the ladder unless he is willing to climb ~ Andrew Carnegie
Do you know you can only motivate yourself?
People can learn principles but the drive to execute a new idea is up to the individual.
I see all sorts of training courses binders on people's shelves and do wonder whether it is incorporated into their memory banks as CHANGE in their lives or not? Maybe just three ring binders to end up in the dumpster some day or not.
The key in motivation is desire and WANTING to have the knowledge being applied and allowing you to climb to the next level.
No one will PUSH you up. You have to climb with the will to ascend.
If parents have children of ANY age they really do grow up so fast and it is CRITICAL
To Find The Right Home For Them.
For their growth and development and above all HAPPINESS.
Work with your REALTOR checking the best school districts, low crime rate, close to social activities like athletics and church groups and above all GOOD NEIGHBORHOODS with age appropriate friends they can find. This last one you just have to observe and ask around or perhaps the REALTOR if they live nearby knows. So much about a happy child involves a happy home LOCATION.
With the Oscar award ceremony out of the way again this year it made me think of the celebrities and how they get hounded by the press at every turn with cameras and autograph seekers and such. But have you thought
Agents, partner Agents, and Selling Teams evolve over the year with the success of their business and the very large teams get more media exposure in magazines, billboards, those that know about them in the office or other offices.
I think the answer to too famous is: it depends
Some consumers don't want to work with these monster teams cause they feel they lose touch with their individual needs. The personal touch goes out the window. Others may be masterfully managed and you couldn't find a greater set of people and all sorts of wonderful resources at your disposal.
Trick is to ask for multiple references EVEN with the large teams. Some you will feel like a gnat on an elephant as a buyer or seller. Others they will embrace you with a warm feeling and take care of you the whole way. It just: DEPENDS.
