I have started my own Meetup Group in Johns Creek/Alpharetta/Duluth, GA
for investors. Our groups has really grown and we try to keep fresh topics,
bring new tips to our members and generate leads.

What I've learned is: Everyone uses technology today and our group proved
to be HUNGRY for more information. That is why I started my research and
wanted to bring the BEST of the BEST technology tips to our members.

I brought two speakers last week - Devon Brown and Maritza Parra to give
testimonials about their own business and then share tips on how they
apply technology in their business. This led 11 of our members to go to an
event this weekend to learn more and go into detail about video, blogging,
flip cameras, writing articles, social networks, target marketing and easy tips.

I can honestly say - you can be learning while you are earning. The more
you learn, the more you make! The more your clients benefit from your
expertise, the more you add value to your service.

I am now going to write my book called "How I Became the PURPLE
SNOWFLAKE" in Real Estate. I hope you will enjoy my tips sharing with you
how YOU TOO can be different in your own market.

Sharing and now giving back is what my goal is for 2010. With only few
months left in 2009 I'm already planning my goals for next year.

I had the privilege of meeting Ivanka Trump in Boston, MA at the
CREW Convention last week. Ivanka talked about her dad and what
a great role model he has been to her and a great mentor. She
talked about her experience in Leadership in the Trump Organization.

Sitting around a board room with mostly all male members it is
challenging but Ivanka Trump at age 28 is mastering the skills
of leadership. I have to say that for a young woman at age 28
she is very poised, smart and knowledgeable. She has great
education and is learning the ART of making a deal just like her
dad, Donald Trump.

I asked Ivanka Trump this question: "Ivanka, you've talked about
your dad and what a great role model he is, what about your mom,
Ivana Trump who was born and raised in the same country that I
was raised in, Czechoslovakia. What kind of a role model was your
mom in your life?" She replied " My mom is a very detailed person.
She ran the Plaza Hotel and Casinos and was always very involved in
all the details all the way to the employees uniforms, the hallways
decor, even light bulbs when they were burned out she brought to the
attention of the General Manager". Ivanka wrote a book called the
"Trump Card" She has autographed this book for me and I am now
reading it. It talks a lot about her experience growing up in the
Trump household and her life. I recommend this book to any young
woman to read because I think it is very inspiring.

Thank you Ivanka for your Leadership as a woman in today's man's
world and thank you for giving me the opportunity of listening to
your story and sharing your book with me. I truly admire your
accomplishments in the Trump Organization, Your New Jewelry Line
and writing this book. I hope that one day my company, Real Estate
International Inc. and your Trump Organization will get to do some
business transactions together. After ALL - we are both CZECH CHICKS
and both of our grandparents came from the same country and area.

David Gergen was the speaker at our luncheon at CREW Conference
in Boston, MA last week. He is a very funny, smart man and I
thoroughly enjoyed his speech. This is a man who worked for four
(4) of our past USA Presidents and who talked about Leadership
skills and about his experience in the White House. He shared this
funny joke with us and made us all laugh so I thought I'd share it
with you. I really think he is a brilliant man and a great speaker
but most of all I liked how friendly and family oriented he is.

This guy is 62 years old and loves to fish.

He was sitting in his boat the other day when he heard a voice say, "Pick me
up."

He looked around and couldn't see any one. He thought he was dreaming when
he heard the voice say again, "Pick me up."

He looked in the water and there, floating on the top, was a frog.

The man said, "Are you talking to me?"

The frog said, "Yes, I'm talking to you. Pick me up then, kiss me and I'll
turn into the most beautiful woman you have ever seen. I'll make sure that
all your friends are envious and jealous because I will be your bride!"

The man looked at the frog for a short time, reached over, picked it up
carefully, and placed it in his front breast pocket.

Then the frog said, "What, are you nuts? Didn't you hear what I said? I said
kiss me and I will be your beautiful bride."

He opened his pocket, looked at the frog and said,


"Nah, at my age I'd rather have a talking frog."
