I am so excited to be able to network with the most professional women
in the United States. CREW - the Commercial Real Estate Women are
probably the most incredible group of women who are the movers and
the shakers in the industry. To be able to get over 650 women in the
same place to network, share stories, education modules, have fun and
most of all discuss the future of commercial real estate is awesome.
I have been a CREW member since the 1990's. I've left the group
while serving FIABCI (The International Real Estate Federation in the
capacity of many committees as Chair, FIABCI-USA President and
other what I consider very important roles in the real estate profession.
Now I am happy to serve in CREW and Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce
Committees.
I encourage everyone that if you serve on committees, if you give back
to your community and to your profession, it all comes back to you ten
fold. I love the real estate business and I love what it offers me. I
truly want to make a difference in my life and in the lives of others.

I have started a networking group in the 1980's called
Powerhouse North and Powerhouse International, Inc.
The strength of this group was consistency because we
met on regular basis every single month and we
promoted and visited each others properties that were
priced in the $500,000 up to millions. Networking can
be a GOLDMINE for you if you do it right.
We started those days listing, showing and selling
properties in the MILLIONS and when I attended the
Luxury Real Estate Conference this week I've met agents
and brokers who do this regularly and they sell BILLIONS.
What it takes is a commitment but as one of those agents
shared with me when I asked her about her success story
she said that to her it's like playing a game. I loved her
story. This agent not only goes the EXTRA mile but she
enjoys what she does as if it is a GAME.
The POWER is in NETWORKING! That is why my group
POWERHOUSE was always so successful. Until this day I
still stay in touch with my original POWERHOUSE GROUP
and I am now forming a "Millionnaires DREAM TEAM"
and "Billionnaires DREAM TEAM".
