Meet Michael and Doris Wright.

We are FULL time realtors. Real estate is part of every day of our life. There has never been a client we did not have time to call, never an offer we thought would wait until morning. There was never a banker we would not pressure to keep to their promises. We request to review every closing statement for errors, or our deals will not close. (This became our rule once we discovered how often errors occur in the last minutes of most transactions) We have saved our clients thousands of dollars by negotiating on their behaf. Real estate is a main focus, not a hobby or a sideline. Our livelihood depends on us doing a great job.

Our entrance into real estate came from a wide spectrum of business ownership and life experiences. A natural progression from engineering, sales, parenthood, staffing, customer service, art and design, culminating in the ultimate career that includes many of these components on a daily basis. Best of all, we work together every day. This makes the unusual hours and the unique accomplishments of this job so much more rewarding.

It began with a "charlie Brown" home that just needed a little love. That home sold in 2 weeks. We were hooked. Good homes need good design, and then good owners. We pull it all together , in varied amounts where needed, as needed. We have a toolbox full of innovative ideas, common sense, and YES we can even save our clinets from themselves quite often. We do this stuff every day...we know what lies beneath the lumpy rug and the moldy tile!

We deal primarily in properties in Northeast Ohio, as far south as Solon, as far west as Parma, as far east as Geneva, though our home and office are in Lake County. (Our advanced knowledge of areas in Northeast Ohio comes from our prior business experience that was delivery based.)

We work with all realms of buyers and sellers, and all price ranges. Regardless of the property, the approach is the same. Great marketing, intellegent negotiations, realistic expectations, and taking the time to know the client. We match the right buyer to the right property for the right reasons. We ALWAYS insist on qualified inspections, to limit the surprises in the transaction.

For ourselves, we particularly enjoy real estate investment properties, both commercial and residential , and matching them to the right investor....or investing tin them ourselves. For our next project we would like to persue renovating an old building into GREAT upscale loft condominiums.
