What that means is that first we listen to what your needs are and then once you have confirmed we have heard you, then we will craft a very specific strategic process to get the best financing that best suits your needs. We then negotiate on your behalf and treat your money like it is ours. When it comes time to saving or making you money, we are PIT BULLS. We also oversee and organize all of the details involved when obtaining the right financing. There are 43 different people from 14 different industries that get involved which is a lot of integrated complexity. We make sure that all aspects help to provide the smoothest and most efficient experience because we want to have RAVING fans of our business. What we do best!

We have helped clients purchase or refinance their homes from all ranges. Our real estate is specialized for the Westside Los Angeles area. We lend in 41states and have direct endorsed underwriting for FHA programs to meet the needs of the new agency loan sizes up to the new $729,750 loan limits that are available through the end of this year. We truly want to know how we can financially position our clients to help them meet their short and long term financial goals and are not just a fetch a rate loan officer or real estate sales person. We are certified mortgage planners and have passed the certification testing. We have extensive knowledge of equity repositioning and helping our clients preserve their assets to best prepare for their future.
