About Me:

As a Realtor, five-year resident of the Tri-Cities, and member of various public service committees, I have a learned a great deal about our community, and take pride in its continued growth and development.

With extensive knowledge of the local Real Estate market and trends, combined with principles etched in honesty, integrity, and professionalism, the best interests of my clients will always come first. Because I specialize both in first time home buying and relocation, I am committed to educating and advising my clients through the entire home buying process or providing guidance and information on the details of relocating to the Tri-cities.

My husband and I started looking for houses with two masters so we could move our Mother in with us. We wanted to move into town as our children had all grown up and our place had to much land for us to manage anymore. She was always there for us when we needed her. We never felt pressured and Wendi knew what we wanted better than we did. When we did find our dream home and we were all moved in, we missed talking to her daily. She had become more than our realtor to us. Wendi was there for us all the way, where other realtors we met weren't really interested in helping us like she was. Wendi will work just as hard for you if you're selling or buying in the low range of first home buyers or if your very upper. We have recommended her to all our friends who are thinking of buying or selling, she will go that extra mile to make your dreams come true.

Wendi Venden is not just our realtor; she is our friend! She really listened to what our needs and wishes were for our house and took the time to search for houses in our price range and to take us to see them. We came to the Tri-Cities area from Anchorage, Alaska for a week long househunting trip and Wendi was ready for us and worked with us until we found the house that we wanted to buy.
